Prior to forming Semler & Associates, P.C., Mr. Semler worked at Kornblum Ferry & Fry in San Francisco, California, where he worked from 1988 to 1991. At Kornblum his practice involved several insurance areas including insurance defense, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation. After moving to Colorado in 1991, Mr. Semler joined the firm of Cox Buchanan Padmore & Shakarchy, where he worked until 1996. At Cox Padmore, his practice areas included bankruptcy, contract, real estate, oil and gas, mining and securities issues. He also participated in all aspects of commercial litigation.
